Q: How discreet is my packaging?

A: All orders are packed and shipped discreetly in plain packaging, with the return address of "SEV Shipping Center". Your package will not have any external markings that will give away the nature of your order.

 

Q: What will the charge look like on my bank / card statement?

A: The charge will be labeled as SEV Shopify. There will be no indication that you have purchased adult products on your bank / card statement!

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: An order may be cancelled only if that order has not been shipped or an item is out of stock. If you would like to cancel your order please notify us as soon as you can. Please e-mail your cancel request to cs@edenpleasureproducts.com. Please provide the following information in your first name, last name and order confirmation number. Please note all cancel requests received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

 

Q: Product is not working. What do I do?

A: Please perform a quick troubleshooting process by checking the batteries; checking battery position; replace batteries if necessary. (Alkaline batteries are recommended) Make sure contacts are not wet, corroded or loose.  Be sure battery cap/cover (if any) is closed tightly and battery insulating paper is removed (for products that come with batteries pre-installed. If problem persist, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at info@edenpleasureproducts.com

 

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: We apologize in advance, DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, ALL PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE (opened or unopened packages). Thank you for your understanding!
