We value your time and privacy, all orders will be shipped quickly in plain boxes or USPS packaging. The sender name and address will be discreet and not list Eden Pleasure Products.

We ship items out as soon as possible, generally within the same business day, but if your order was received after our daily carriers' pick-up, it will be shipped the next business day. If we anticipate a longer processing time, we will notify you as soon as we can.
You should receive an email from us confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you did not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

For shipping to APO/FPO, please include APO or FPO as the country, or AA, AP, AE for the state. Please allow 3-5 more business days for delivery. Shipment will be marked as personal gift and described as "massager".
We do ship internationally, to just about any location that trades with the United States.
Some items may not be deliverable to some countries for use or sale due to the local custom restrictions. Please consult with your local customs for additional information regarding these restrictions. Items that are restricted may be confiscated by customs officials. By confirming your purchase with us, you are releasing us from liabilities for items seized or confiscated by customs.
There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and unable to provide you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please contact your local custom or post office for more information regarding this matter.
We do try our best to keep our inventory up-to-date, but in the unlikely event that an item is not available, we will notify you as soon as we can and issue the refund.
